Sheet Pan Nacho Recipe:
  • 35 tortilla chips
  • 1 (15 ounce) can refried beans
  • 5 slices of cheddar cheese or American cheese cut into smaller pieces
  • 1 can sliced black olives, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (11 ounce) can corn, drained
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped cooked chicken (optional)
  • avocado, sour cream, salsa, for serving
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray sheet pan generously with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Place tortilla chips on a baking pan. Scoop refried beans onto tortilla chips. Distribute cheese evenly and press down to spread the refried beans. Top each chip with some black olives, corn, tomatoes, and chicken.
  3. Bake nachos for 10 minutes, rotating sheet pan halfway through, until cheese is melted and starting to turn golden brown in spots.
  4. Remove from oven and let rest a few minutes before serving. Serve with avocado, sour cream, & salsa.
