Sweet Potato “Pie” Bites


Fall is approaching and all we can think about is pumpkin, cinnamon and nutmeg, cooler weather, fall leaves, and sweet potato “pie” bites. OK, so maybe not the last one, until NOW. These tiny treats are a delicious and healthy alternative to the much loved pies of Fall like pumpkin and sweet potato and are quick and easy to make.


A few simple steps to enjoying a delicious bite sized treat!

What you’ll need:

  • 2 sweet potatoes (baked, cooled, & peeled- you can microwave for about 15 mins or until soft)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 4 whole graham crackers (crushed- use a plastic bag to crush or a food processor) We #cublove Annie’s Organic Graham Crackers


  1. Mash sweet potatoes
  2. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, and honey to the mashed sweet potatoes
  3. Roll the mixture into bite sized balls
  4. Roll the balls in crushed graham crackers to coat the outside
  5. Store in refrigerator or eat immediately
