Teacher Appreciation week is May 2-6, 2016. This is a great time to show the special teacher in your little one’s life how much they mean to you and your Cub. Getting your child to go over letters and numbers, reading and writing, can be a struggle for even the most patient of parents! These are also great ideas for end of year gifts. Teachers, we are so grateful for all you do!
We asked some teachers to share their favorite past gifts with us to give busy parents an idea of what to get. Also, if you’re in a pinch and don’t have time, gift cards are always a favorite that they can use to buy supplies at Target or Amazon for the following year for something they may want or need.
Tote bag: This will not only come in handy for summer vacation, but they can use to carry items to and from school. Plus it’s super cute and can be monogrammed. They have tons of cute options, but this was my top pick (and what I got for teachers this year). Cost is $39.95 for the bag and they currently are offering 20% off!
Cosmetic bag: SewSoutherland is one of our favorite places to shop. There is such a great selection of cute personalized gifts. We love these cosmetic bags that teachers can use to store classroom supplies or carry makeup and personal items. Use this code for a exclusive discount: CUBTEACH5
Stationary: Because you can never have enough and everyone loves personalized cards.
Travel Coffee Mug: These can be personalized with teachers name on it. Add a Starbucks gift card with it. Who doesn’t need a little coffee in the morning to help them get the day going!
Wooden monogramed door hanger: These are so fun and cute they can hang them up at home or in the classroom.
Beach towel: Roll this up with a bottle of sunscreen (check out our favorite sunscreens here!) and your teacher will be ready for summer vacation. These can be personalized as well.
Candles: I love smell of a candle to freshen up a room! Who doesn’t?
